ErrorResponse "text" Field is Now User-facing

- Prior to this change, the
textfield ofErrorResponsewas not displayed on the client and errors always showed the text "Bot x ran into an unexpected issue". With this change, thetextfield is now displayed to the user, allowing for custom error messages. It is recommended to put the raw exception in theraw_responsefield instead.
